Chicken Lettuce Wraps
What you’ll need:
1 lb ground chicken
Olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 onion, diced
1/4 c Hoisin sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp sriracha
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
2 green onions
1 head butter lettuce
How to make it:
Cook chicken in olive oil. Add garlic once chicken is cooked
Add onion and the whites from the green onions and cook for a couple minutes
Add in soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, sriracha and water chestnuts
Remove from heat
Top with green onions and serve into lettuce cups
