Chicken Lettuce Wraps

What you’ll need:

  • 1 lb ground chicken

  • Olive oil 

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1/4 c Hoisin sauce 

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar

  • 1 tbsp grated ginger

  • 1 tbsp sriracha 

  • 1 can water chestnuts, sliced

  • 2 green onions

  • 1 head butter lettuce

How to make it:

  1. Cook chicken in olive oil. Add garlic once chicken is cooked 

  2. Add onion and the whites from the green onions and cook for a couple minutes

  3. Add in soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, sriracha and water chestnuts

  4. Remove from heat 

  5. Top with green onions and serve into lettuce cups
