Chickpea Blondies
What you’ll need:
1 can of chickpeas (rinsed & drained)
1/3 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract.
1/2 tsp gluten free baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Flaky sea salt
How to make it:
Preheat oven to 350ºF
Grease an 8x8 dish
Drain & rinse chickpeas, add everything but the chocolate chips to a blender and blend until smooth
Fold in the chocolate chips
Transfer to the 8x8 dish & sprinkle with flaky salt
Bake 20 minutes
Let sit for 1-2 hours before eating
