Chickpea Blondies

 What you’ll need:

  • 1 can of chickpeas (rinsed & drained)

  • 1/3 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract.

  • 1/2 tsp gluten free baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

  • Flaky sea salt

How to make it:

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF

  2. Grease an 8x8 dish

  3. Drain & rinse chickpeas, add everything but the chocolate chips to a blender and blend until smooth

  4. Fold in the chocolate chips

  5. Transfer to the 8x8 dish & sprinkle with flaky salt

  6. Bake 20 minutes

  7. Let sit for 1-2 hours before eating
